To ensure your new home is delivered just as promised
We conduct comprehensive snagging inspections for newly built homes (from handover stage or just before). Our inspections include, but are not limited to:

External works (brickwork, roofing, facades, drainage)

Windows, doors and all joinery

Internal finishes: plastering, paintwork, flooring

Kitchens, bathrooms and all installed fixtures

Plumbing, heating, electrics

Loft spaces, insulation and ventilation

Safety and compliance checks (as per NHBC, LABC, Premier Guarantee, etc.)
Once the inspection is complete, you’ll receive a detailed photographic report (typically within 24–48 hours), listing all defects, their severity, and recommended remedial actions. We remain available to clarify any points or arrange follow-up inspections should works be carried out.
